Before your eyes lies a branch of the plant Digitalis purpurea, more commonly known as Foxglove.

In the realm of medicine, Foxglove is used for the production of Digoxin, a medication that helps the failing arrhythmic heart in beating with increased force and greater rhythmic consistency.

I attempted to grasp the beauty of this truly heart-stopping plant as a personal reminder to pause and cultivate patience. The concept that more does not inherently signify better —a guiding principle to undertake fewer, yet more purposeful actions in my life.
